well forgot screenshots but the rating for my pc are:
CPU - 7.4
Ram - 7.9
Gfx - 7.8
Gam Gfx - 7.8
HDD - 5.9
Base score 5.9
cores are running at a nice cool 30-34C at idle managed to get it up to 51C when installing itunes, Office, photoshop and FM but didnt notice any slow down

i think my new pc has jinxed me 
monday - built installing progams on it
Tusday - finish installing stuff then get convinced to go on xbox
Wednesday - at mates to fix his comp
Today- i feel ill and think the only thing i will be doing is going to bed when i get home.

ok put it this way old CPU's have one core one thread, a thread is the way instructions are sent to the processor, so my CPU can take 2 instructions at the same time per core
